Welcome to Monks Park Surgery in Horfield, Bristol!

Monks Park Surgery was founded by Dr Maurice Packer in 1926. 

The surgery moved into the present building in 1990. We welcome patient's from our surrounding area, including Horfield, Filton and Southmead.

In a time where everything, including doctors’ surgeries, seem to be getting bigger and bigger, we would like to feel that you will receive good, quality, personal care in a small, happy, family atmosphere.

A new Partnership team comprising of Dr Langton, Dr Gutierrez, Karen Fulker (Nurse Practitioner) and David Fulker (Practice Manager) was created in April 2010.

Doctors' surgery opening hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30am until 6:30pm.
Tuesday: 8:30am until 7:30pm.

Please note that we do not close for lunch, so you are able to access our reception team throughout the day.

Out of Hours Provider - FrenDoc

Available before 8am and after 6:30pm and over the weekend.

To access this service, please call our normal telephone number and your call will be diverted. Bank holiday opening hours may vary. Please call us prior to turning up.

Access:

The entrance to the surgery is on the corner of Northwick Road and Monks Park Avenue.

Parking facilities are available for those driving to our healthcare centre:

There is a small amount of parking at the back of the doctors' surgery, accessed via Northwick Road. CCTV monitors the parking area.

Repeat Medication via Email:

You can now order repeat medication via email. Simply fill in the form below and press SEND. An email containing your request will be sent to the surgery. Please allow 48 hours for your request to be processed. Please call the surgery to confirm that your repeat prescription is ready for collection.
